You should know this before you buy a DVD!

There are different video standards in different parts of the world and they are not automatically compatible. North America and Japan use NTSC, whilst the UK, Europe and most of the rest of the world use PAL. Some DVD players will play only one or the other, not both.

PCs and Macs will play both formats, and most modern Home Theatre systems will play both, too. At present, only Workshop Essentials 3 - The Ultimate Tablesaw Tenon Jig and WE 4 & 5 The Compleat Bandsaw are available in both PAL and NTSC formats, WE 1&2 - Jigs and Accessories are available in PAL only, so if you are in North America, please ensure you have the technology to play them before you order.

The drawings are on the DVDs as PDF files. You will need Adobe Reader, which is a free download available from Adobe, so you should be able to print them off no matter what sort of computer you have.

Goods are sent out by First Class Mail, usually within 24 hours of receipt of order. A signature may be required.
Overseas orders are sent by Air Mail. Delivery usually takes a few days to Europe, or about a week or so to the USA.

There is a Flat-Rate delivery charge on all orders.
Delivery to the UK is 3.99 GBP.
International delivery is 9.99 GBP.

No, but it is easy and quick and that way I can process the order quickly too, usually the same day. However, if you wish to send a cheque or use Inernet Banking Direct Transfer or pay by PayPal, please get in touch and I'll send you the details. I do wait for clearance that way though, whereas Google Checkout is almost instant and Google has a rather better reputation for business ethics than some of their competitors, which is a benefit to both of us.
